Step 1: Board the Bone Beach to Nox's Bayou Train
The first chance to get Volatile Beastium comes during the moving train ride from Bone Beach to Nox's Bayou.
Once the train is moving, leave the main passenger area and walk into the Coupling area between the train cars. That is where the first merchant appears.
