How to enter PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE in Mina the Hollower

PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE, the pawn shop in Ossex, is blocked from the front at first. To get inside, you need to approach it from another route, open the blocked passage from the back, and then the shop becomes accessible normally. Unlocking this shortcut early is a smart move — you can sell unwanted trinkets here for coins, which you'll need to fund upgrades throughout the game. It's also a common early stop in speedrun routes.

1. Go to the area with red rocks and nearby lava.

2. Use Mina's underground movement to guide lava toward the left-side red rocks.

3. Break through the cleared path and continue upward to an entrance.

4. Enter Molten Foundry.

5. Clear the breakable blocks, then take the right-side exit.

6. Break the barriers and continue right.

7. Find the hole near the train-station area and drop in.

8. Break the final barrier by PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE.

9. Enter the pawn shop and use it whenever you return.

Step 1: Clear the left red rocks with lava

Look for the section with two red rocks and lava nearby. These red rocks block the route you need for the pawn shop shortcut.

Use Mina's burrow movement underground to pull or guide the lava toward the red rocks. Focus on the left-side pair of red rocks for the PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE route. There is another red-rock path on the right, but it is not the one needed for entering the pawn shop.

Once the left rocks are destroyed, go through the newly opened path and continue upward until you reach the entrance ahead.

Step 2: Enter Molten Foundry

The path leads into Molten Foundry. Inside, you can speak with the NPC if you want, but the important task is to clear the obstacles blocking your way.

Destroy the breakable blocks in the room, then head down through the right exit. Do not take the left exit for this route.

Step 3: Take the right path and enter the hole near the station

After leaving through the right exit, break the barriers and keep heading right. When you reach the area near the train station, look for a hole in the ground.

Drop into this hole. It brings you close to PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE from the blocked side.

Step 4: Open PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE

Break the final barrier near the shop entrance. After that, you can enter PAWNTY'S EXCHANGE directly.

This unlocks access to the pawn shop in Mina the Hollower, where you can sell items and receive coins in return. Once the barrier is cleared, you can come back and use the shop whenever you need it.
